Terminology

For the purposes of this agreement (the "Agreement"), the Platform will be referred to as "we," "us," or "our." Users and other visitors to the Platform will be referred to as "you," "your," or "User." Collectively, "we" and "you" are the "parties," and individually a "party."

Processing and Retention Period for Personal Data

We will process and retain your personal data for as long as required by law or for the period agreed when we collected it from you.

Typically, we retain your personal data for 1.5 years after you delete your account or if it is deactivated for misuse. This Agreement applies to all Users conducting trades on the Solido Finviora Global website and its mobile app (the 'Platform'). Users must adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and comply with applicable laws and regulations governing data protection and privacy in their respective country or region.

Invocation

Any reference to codes, legislative decrees, or administrative regulations in this Agreement shall refer to the most recently amended version, whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was executed.

Section headings in this Agreement are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Any reference to statements, terms, conditions, annexes, or schedules refers solely to those contained in this Agreement.

Users acknowledge and agree that the Platform may use cookies to track their activity while using the Platform and to collect various information, including, without limitation, IP addresses, geographic locations, and other relevant data. For example, we may use video (including audio) recordings for identity verification of P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video (including audio) may be used for Solido Finviora identity verification on third-party platforms..

Limitation of Liability

Although the Platform uses technical and security safeguards to protect your information, we cannot guarantee that data transmitted over the internet is completely secure. Therefore, we do not make any warranties regarding the security of the personal information you provide and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your personal data.

Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. If we revise the Privacy Policy, we will notify you by posting the updates, including the new effective date and a summary of the changes. In some cases, we may also send you a direct notice. Please review the Privacy Policy regularly. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
